Sehr netter Kontakt zum Vermieter. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und im Grunde gut ausgestattet. Die Bilder im Angebot entsprechen den Tatsachen, daher alles super.. Die Wohnung liegt ein gutes Stück vom Zentrum entfernt in einer älteren Siedlung. Das Haus ist bereits älter und der Aufzug ein Abenteuer. Aber er funktioniert einwandfrei. Die Nachbarn sind nett und es gibt auch genügend Parkplätze.
Jammern auf hohem Niveau: uns haben Nachttischlampen und ein Duschvorleger gefehlt. Die Balkonmöbel sind nicht mehr die besten und zwei Stühle für 4 Personen leider etwas wenig. Was leider in der Beschreibung nicht genau ersichtlich war, ist dass die Reinigungskosten extra berechnet werden. Die muss man dann mit der Übernachtungssteuer extra überweisen.
