The staff went above and beyond to make my experience stellar. Always eager to help and make your experience incredible The views and pool are some of the best aspects of this property. Especially given how rare a pool can be. The only thing which prevented me from giving a full five stars on everything, was certain parts of the house and facilities are showing sign of wear. All of which can be easily fixed. Some folks who are used to a hotel experience need to reevaluate their expectations. I would put this property on par with a B&B which has grown a "little tired with wear."

The place looked deserted, the fence was closed and there was no-one there to greet us. Fortunately the neighbor jumped out of her swimming pool and helped us call the owner. When we met the owner he could not speak english so the neighbor continued helping us, translating and explaining. We walked up to the front of the building, it was messy and filthy. The place looked dirty, the laundry was hanging all over the yard, renovating equipment was everywhere and the pool looked tainted with some kind of yeast. The owner said they were cleaning the pool and thus it could not be used while we were there. A discouraging message after driving for hours in a car looking forward to a refreshing bath in the pool. We were then shown to our room where the first thing we noticed was a strange smell. Next thing was the cleaning gloves on the table and the wires coming out of the walls. We opened the windows expecting a view of the lake as we paid for, but the view was blocked by trees. We took to the bathroom where more cables and electric equipment were dangling from the wall. Finally we laid down on the bed and beside being a 1,5 person bed too short for me (189 cm) it had an unpleasant smell. There we further no way to lock the door to the room or the bathroom. We agreed that we were both too uncomfortable with the place to spend the night there, so we had to go through the trouble of finding another place to stay.

Wonderful hosts but the house is worn down and there is no Air Conditining. Since it’s a very warm Italian region we couldn’t sleep. Perfect for a family one night stay otherwise. The pool, the view are a plus

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great stay. We had the Camino room, which has a large balcony with a stunning view over the lake and the swimmingpool. The hosts Gianmaria and Beppe very nice and invited us to have dinner with the family on one night. Beppe made us a great breakfast in the morning with crossants, capuchinno, fresh fruits, yoghurt and omelettes.

The view is the only positive thing. Accomodation is old and no maintenance has been done in many years. Needs a renovation than it can be a nice place. The bathroom was very dirty it had not been cleaned. Last night the place was full with young people partying and using drugs. The owner did nothing. We fled the place in the middle of the night because did not feel save with my children. I made a complaint. I was promised a refund for that night, but even after many messages and promises from the owner, I never received my money back. Very bad service. I would not recommend this place.
