The staff went above and beyond to make my experience stellar. Always eager to help and make your experience incredible The views and pool are some of the best aspects of this property. Especially given how rare a pool can be. The only thing which prevented me from giving a full five stars on everything, was certain parts of the house and facilities are showing sign of wear. All of which can be easily fixed.
Some folks who are used to a hotel experience need to reevaluate their expectations. I would put this property on par with a B&B which has grown a "little tired with wear."

We stayed here for 8 nights and had a great stay. We had the Camino room, which has a large balcony with a stunning view over the lake and the swimmingpool. The hosts Gianmaria and Beppe very nice and invited us to have dinner with the family on one night. Beppe made us a great breakfast in the morning with crossants, capuchinno, fresh fruits, yoghurt and omelettes.
