**Roof Replacement will begin approximately May 4th and continue for 90 days depending on weather. Work hours will be from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday through Saturday. If hurricane season impacts or significant weather delays, the schedule may extend to Monday through Sunday.

There will be approximately 12–16 crew members on-site, and they will be using the center elevator to access the roof. The primary construction staging area will be located in the West Parking Lot, which may limit parking spaces.

Please be aware that the penthouse units will be the most affected during this project. The initial phase of work will involve the removal of existing roofing materials, which will generate sawing and scraping noise from 7:00 AM to approximately noon. After that, crews will focus on drying in the exposed areas, which is significantly quieter and will typically take place from noon until 7:00 PM.**
