WVT 604 is a Beautiful 3 BR 2 Ba with a Boat Slip
You've found Destin's hidden gem, Waterview Towers 604.
This 3 bedroom/2 bath condo has been updated to allow for a relaxing vacation. The carpets have all recently been removed and are being replaced. The living room is open concept allowing for everyone to converse regardless of location. The kitchen has been updated with Stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is plenty of counterspace to cook up a meal for the family. Pots & pans, utensils, and dishes are provided.
The living room offers comfortable seating and the adjacent dining table can seat 4 with additional seating at the bar. The living room sofa doubles as a Sofa Sleeper.
Both guest bedrooms offer a Queen Sized bed. They share a Guest Bathroom that offers a combination tub/shower.
The Master Bedroom has a King sized bed and beautiful Harbor views.
Waterview Towers offers the ability for you to view the Harbor (across the street) but be on the beachside so you're not crossing streets to get to the beach. Although Waterview towers isn't Gulf front due to the large Jetty rocks, you are able to walk along the sidewalk to get to the white sands and emerald green waters. This walk is about 7 minutes to the beach.
604 offers a boat slip in the marina across the street for an additional daily fee.
Turn left out of the back parking lot onto Gulf Shore Dr. Continue along Gulf Shore Dr. until you reach the 3rd stop sign. At the 3rd stop sign turn right and veer to the left. Drive 0.8 miles and the complex will be on the left

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family of six. We especially loved the pool, the beautiful views, and the convenient location.
The only thing that surprised us was that only starter supplies were provided for essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwashing detergent. Having stayed in several vacation rentals over the years, we're accustomed to a more generous supply of these basic items. Other than that, we had a wonderful experience and would gladly stay here again.
