The upper level exudes contemporary elegance with two luxurious bedrooms: one adorned with a king-size bed fit for royalty and another boasting a cozy queen-size bed. Indulge in ultimate relaxation with two bathrooms, one featuring a separate soaking tub—a haven for unwinding after a day of adventures. But that's just the beginning! The lower level, secluded from the upper floor, offers two more bedrooms—a queen-size bedroom for added privacy and a bunk room with twin over twin beds, perfect for the younger adventurers in your group. A full bathroom conveniently serves this level, ensuring everyone's comfort.
Start your day in the bottom level's charming breakfast nook before stepping out to your private pool. We prioritize safety, demonstrated by the lower-level door being equipped with a pool alarm, ensuring added security for everyone's peace of mind while enjoying their stay.

We had a great time and truly enjoyed our stay at this property in Destin, Florida. The house was clean and well-maintained, and the private pool was a fantastic bonus for relaxing with family. The beach was absolutely beautiful—just what we were hoping for—and the property’s community pools were also very nice and well-kept. Everything was just as described, and we appreciated the privacy and comfort the home offered. We would definitely stay here again for another family vacation!

This is the second time our family has stayed on the property. We love the location. It’s conveniently located to all necessities, offers separation from the tourist hot spots, is great for bike rides/walking and the beach shuttle to HarborWalk. We love that the private beach is protected by a rock seawall allowing the ability to swim and observe sea life even when the public beach has a double red flag day.The new infinity pool was wonderful.The house was beautiful. There were a few downsides: the VRBO description did not make it clear that the split level home could not be accessed floor to floor from inside the home. That would be great for multiple families, but not for our family of five. The Vacasa website makes this very clear. VRBO did not and we would have chosen a different property had we known.There was a very unpleasant smell in the kitchen when we arrived. When I opened the dishwasher to load it I discovered yellow standing water in the bottom of it. It smelled horrible and had clearly been there for a while. The lower level shower also does not work properly. To Vacasa’s credit, they sent maintenance very quickly after we notified them. They were able to fix the shower issue until the handle stopped working again on our last day. The smell from the dishwasher never went away despite multiple attempts to clean and deodorize it. It will likely need to be replaced and the smell seemed to have infiltrated the cupboards.We’ll be back!

Great vacation. Neighborhood during our stay was nice and quiet. The house next door is being constructed so loud music and singing by workers were heard each morning throughout part of the day. It really didn’t bother us because we didn’t stay in the house all day. Basic necessities available to get you through for several days. There is no inside access between upper and lower level. During our stay the tram did not run on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. We had 3 young adults 18-20yrs old so walking for them was no big deal. The home itself was very comfortable and cozy. Great area to catch the firework show.
