Beautiful home on the bay! We were five older men on a golf trip. The home suited us perfectly. We each had a comfortable bedroom, The home is very spacious, with the kitchen dining and living area on the top floor. It has a beautiful view of the bay and a super nice deck and dock. It is in a very quiet neighborhood and near all the the main activities and restaurants Destin has to offer, I would definitely stay here again!

I knew this home would be amazing when I saw "water taxi" in the title. Initially, we had to adjust to the many stairs in the house, which provided great exercise. However, we quickly moved past that, especially when we discovered what the home had to offer. The property is located directly across the water from the Boardwalk, which features a variety of shops and restaurants. During our stay on Thursday, we enjoyed fireworks from the patio, providing a perfect finale to our day. I only have two recommendations: first, it would be beneficial to install a ceiling fan in the living area, as it can get a bit warm when using the oven. Second, the photo for Bedroom #2 should be updated; it shows a couch and a twin bed, but a bathroom and closet has been installed, which are great amenities (still give them 5 stars). If you are planning a trip to Destin and need accommodations for a large family, I highly recommend considering this home for your stay.

Had a wonderful time with family during our Father's Day Weekend Getaway. Property was wonderful with the exception of the fact that the air conditioning unit was simply not adequate for the size of the property. We followed instructions and kept the temperature at 72 however the bedrooms (especially the downstairs bedroom with two queen and one twin bed) were uncomfortabaly hot overnight. Housekeeping can definately step up their game as there were two dirty pans in the oven, coffee grounds in the coffee maker and sand on the floor in the downstairs bedroom upon check-in. Additionally, the bottom of our feet turned black when we walked around indoors barefoot. That being said, the property is beautiful and is located in the perfect spot. Lots to do within a very short distance. Riding the water taxi (while expensive at 19/head round trip) was a fun novelty.
