Located within the Dunes of Destin, this four-bedroom four-bathroom home offers picturesque lake views, spacious outdoor patio, and complimentary beach service in season. This beautiful home is steps from the beach and from the community pool. Enter on the first floor and notice the abundance of natural light filling the space and views of the lake from all areas. The chef of the group will love the spacious fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather around one of two dining areas while enjoying the scrumptious meal. End the day a sun filled day in the living room with a movie on the flat screen TV and or playing games with the group. Off the living room is the first guest bedroom with a king bed, patio access, and a flat screen TV. A hallway bathroom with walk-in shower plus a washer and dryer are located off the kitchen area for added convenience.
Up the stairs to the second floor guests will find two spacious bedrooms with lake and neighborhood views. Unwind in the master bedroom features a king bed with flat screen tv and a seating area with coffee bar. The attached bathroom includes a large soaker tub, walk-in shower, plus gorgeous views of the lake. The guest bedroom includes a queen bed, nook with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
The top floor features a king, a queen, and a full bed in the guest bedroom with an attached bathroom complete with a walk-in shower. Guests also have access to a private front-facing balcony that looks through the neighborhood towards the gulf. Come make everlasting memories at Sun N’ Sea Sanctuary.
