Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

All three mattresses were terrible—no firmness, deep sagging in the middle, and zero support. My wife, myself, and even my 80-year-old mother all woke with back pain and little sleep. The double bed frames were cheap and squeaky, making noise with the slightest movement. For nearly $1,000 a night, this was completely unacceptable and ruined our trip. I would not stay here again unless they confirm new mattresses and upgraded beds.
