Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

Unit 312 is a two bedroom, two bathroom beachside condo with a spectacular view of the Gulf of Mexico. This beautifully remodeled unit sleep eight guests. The Master Bath has a two raised granite vanities, a make-up table, and a large walk in shower. The Guest Bedroom has two Full beds, Pottery Barn furnishings, a custom closet and a wall-mounted 32” HDTV/DVD. The Guest Bath has a granite encased sink and a marble surround bathtub/shower combination.

As breathtaking as this property is on the inside, the real treat is the view. The balcony is hexagonal in shape and comes with a serving bar, an outside dining table and seating for six. From this balcony you can relax and listen to the waves as you take in spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico, Inlet Reef’s pool area, and partial views of The East Pass. Other amenities include plantation shutters, a full size washer and dryer and complimentary high speed wireless internet access.
