The property also features two on-site laundry rooms with pay-per-use machines and scheduled towel exchange days for added convenience during your stay.
As an extra courtesy, the owners have chosen to provide additional beach chairs for guests to use when available. Because these are owner-provided extras rather than required amenities, availability may vary from stay to stay.

This is the second trip to Destin to stay at Holiday Surf. It was fantastic -- could not have been better! The condo we stayed in was spotless and totally perfect! The view from the balcony (which is important to my hubby) was great. The pool was very handy and the boardwalk down to the beach was exactly how we wanted! You can not go wrong staying here! And their staff --- great great people, always so helpful and friendly. And for me - a big check mark is that they remembered our names when we walked thru the lobby and always spoke to us! Wayne Ledbetter is a gem and a super star! But all of the staff and property was first class!

It was a pleasant stay here. The condominium has everything you need and very clean and organized. With direct access to the beach and a very suitable pool for the family. For me and my family it was one of the best places to visit. We will definitely go back to Destin Florida and we will stay here again. Also The people who work here are very kind.

The employees were very friendly and helpful. The main bedroom bath the drainage for the sink was slow and broken faucet. Coffee maker needs to be replaced as it was old and slow to make the coffee.
