Inlet Reef 618 is Recently Upgraded 2 BR 2 Ba on the beach - amazing sunset views!
Inlet Reef is nearing the end of a a complex, wide waterproofing project. A majority of this project is done and the remaining work is focused on the non beachside portion of the complex on the end units. You can expect to see scaffolding onsite as well as construction crews. Noise such as concrete grinding and possible debris/dust could occur as well. Discounts will not be given for construction-related inconveniences including but not limited to noise, closed or removed amenities, closed/blocked balconies, or dust/debris.

When you step into the spacious 1360 square foot condo you will notice the open concept living space. The living room offers plenty of comfortable seating options and the couch folds out to a Queen Sofa sleeper. The living room features a large flat screen TV and large floor to ceiling sliding glass doors that lead you to your private balcony. The balcony offers great views of Destin and a partial Gulf view.
The dining table is situated between the living room and the kitchen and can seat 6.
The spacious kitchen offers ample counter space to cook a feast for the family or a quick bite before heading the beach downstairs. The kitchen has full sized appliances and small appliances like a blender and Keurig. The cookware and dishes are provided as well so you just have to stop for groceries once you’re in sunny Destin. This condo has a washer and dryer in the condo so you don’t have to worry about coin laundry. On one side of the Kitchen is the Washer and Dryer Area, home to a fold-down Queen Murphy Bed that is built into the wall and has a TV.
The guest bedroom has a Queen-sized bed and large flat screen TV. The guest bathroom has a combination tub/shower.
The Master bedroom has a King-sized bed, large flat screen TV, and access to the balcony and the Destin breeze. The attached master bathroom has a large vanity area and walk in shower.
