Beautiful 3BR, 2.5BA unit that is just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexico. This two-story unit has a fully furnished kitchen on the ground floor with a living room/dining area that has sliding glass doors out to the patio. Has flat screen 65 inch smart TV in the living room with a blu-ray player. First floor also has a half bath and a washer and dryer. The second floor has a master bedroom with a king size bed and two guest bedrooms - one with a full size bed and the other with two twin size beds. The upstairs bedrooms have been redone with new floors and all the carpet removed.
South Bay by the Gulf is a beautiful Gulf-front resort located in the heart of Destin. This spacious resort offers over 300 feet of beautiful, private beach. These 2 and 3 bedroom units have everything you need to make your stay a pleasant one. The first floor is home to a fully furnished kitchen, living room/dining room area, a half bathroom and a spacious patio. The second floor has the bedrooms and bathrooms. Each unit also has cable TV and a washer and dryer.
Complex amenities include a beautiful 5 acre freshwater fishing lake, 2 pools and 2 kiddie pools, tennis courts, shuffle board, beach volley ball, and BBQ pits.
There are world class restaurants and great shopping within walking distance the the complex.
A dog under 30 pounds is allowed at this property for an additional $100 plus tax nonrefundable pet fee. Current shot records are required at check-in as well. Although Southbay allows pets, pets are not allowed on the beach. No beach in Destin/Okaloosa county is pet friendly.

Please set your GPS to 940 Highway 98 East in Destin, FL 32541. . You will see a sign on the right the says, "Dunes of Destin". Follow the road around the curve and you will enter Southbay once you pass the pool on your right.
