We are a return guest to this home. It is a great location with easy beach access, a great pool to enjoy after beach time, and a lovely shaded deck area. Communication with the property manager was very responsive. Maintenance went out of their way to help us with a minor issue.

Second year in a roll to stay at this house and it was amazing once again. Jet ski lifts accommodate our jet skis we brought and plenty room for the family we enjoyed sitting out on the porches morning and evening watching boats come by and birds fly by. My 3 boys loved the pool as always had many many swims could even catch crab from our dock. Great house with great accommodations and communication.

Great property! Comfortable beds, nice layout, plenty of space for our family of 4. We especially loved the pool and hot tub! We paid to heat the hot tub, which was great. We did not pay to heat the pool because it wasn’t needed — it’s warm enough now during the day that the water felt perfect. We loved the dock where our teenage son fished daily, and we used the lifts for our jet skis, which made taking them out on the water quick and easy. (It takes about 15 minutes to get from the house to Crab Island on the water because you have to go very slow through the harbor, but much easier than having to load and unload our jet skis on the trailer every day.) The house is in an excellent location. Very nice community. Quiet and felt very safe. Just a short walk (2 blocks) to a nice, private beach that wasn’t crowded. We had a few minor requests that were taken care of quickly. The owners were very responsive — we always received prompt answers to our questions and needs. The bathrooms are small, but functional. We would highly recommend this home for the great location and amenities!
