I really like the waterway beside the house. Yard needs mowed and weeded. Lots of sand spurs. Kitchen and beds all good. The lawn chairs are rusted and you can cut yourself. The plastic ones aren't very sturdy. Location is great. Not much beach access due to hotel beside access.

The property is a perfect location for docking the boat and heading out through the Harbor to Crab Island. Upon arrival the inside of the house was clean however the yard was littered with beer cans and trash. The outside trash cans were overflowing and not taken to the curb. We cleaned things up and enjoyed the rest of the weekend. The house is big and roomy. An older home that needs a little TLC but worked for our group.
