This beautiful beach house is nestled within the picturesque Destin Pointe Community on Holiday and comes equipped with everything you need for family fun, including a stand-up paddle board, 2 surfboards that can double as boogie boards, and a corn hole set. It's the perfect getaway for creating unforgettable memories.

As you step inside, you're greeted by an elegant and spacious living area adorned with contemporary coastal decor. The open-concept design seamlessly connects the living room, dining area, and fully equipped kitchen, creating a seamless flow for entertaining and relaxation. Large windows fill the space with natural light.

The kitchen is a chef's delight, featuring state-of-the-art appliances, sleek countertops, and ample cabinet space. Whether you're preparing a quick snack or a gourmet meal, you'll find everything you need to unleash your culinary creativity.

The three bedrooms are thoughtfully designed to ensure comfort and privacy. The master suite is a sanctuary of its own, boasting a plush king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom with a luxurious soaking tub, a walk-in shower, and double vanities. The remaining two bedrooms offer cozy accommodations. One with a comfortable king-size bed and the other with a full bed and full over full bunk bed. Both with access to their own well-appointed bathrooms. You will also find a queen size sleeper sofa in the living room.

One of the highlights of this home is the private pool, beckoning you to indulge in leisurely swims or simply lounge by the water's edge. Whether you're enjoying a refreshing dip or basking in the warm Florida sun, the pool area provides a serene and secluded oasis.

This home has its own paddle board, two surfboards, boogie boards, canopy and wagon for guests to use free of charge.

In addition to the private amenities, residents of Destin Pointe have access to a range of community features. You can take a dip in one of the three resort pools, each offering a delightful escape from the heat. Explore the surroundings with the provided adult bikes, perfect for leisurely rides along the scenic paths.
