About this house rental
Swim in your own private pool overlooking the lake, inside gated Destin Pointe on Holiday Isle. This renovated 4BR/3BA beach house sleeps 12 with a sofa bed. You're a short walk from two beaches: the Gulf, with free chair and umbrella service in season, and the quieter East Pass dunes. Inside you'll find new mattresses, smart TVs and appliances throughout. Outside are three community pools, a hot tub and a kids' splash pad.
The Space:
Every bedroom has a new mattress and a smart TV. The home has a washer, dryer, dishwasher and microwave. The kitchen has quartz counters, stainless appliances and a new gas range.
Bedrooms
• Primary suite: king bed, private bathroom
• Bedroom 2: queen
• Bedroom 3: queen
• Bedroom 4: custom queen-over-queen bunks (kids love it, and adults fit too)
• 3 full bathrooms
Your backyard:
The fenced backyard has a resurfaced private heated pool with LED lighting and new stone pavers. There's a pergola for shade, an outdoor shower for rinsing off sand, and a new Weber grill. Multiple decks look out over the lake. It's the best spot in the house for evening drinks.
Guest Access
You'll have the entire house and the private pool, plus everything Destin Pointe offers:
• Gulf beach access (about an 8–10 minute walk). It's private to the community. From mid-March through October, your stay includes 1 umbrella and 2 chairs, set up by La Dolce Vita. Just give the attendant the house name. The community's infinity pool and hot tub are here too.
• East Pass beach (about a 7-minute walk through the dunes). It's quieter, with calm water and great sunsets. There's no beach service here, so take the chairs and umbrellas we keep at the house.
• Three community pools, with a hot tub and a kids' splash pad.
• Tennis courts, shuffleboard and a basketball hoop.
• Bike rentals through La Dolce Vita.
Other Things to Note:
• Pool heat: from about October through May. A $250 charge during this time is added to stay. We heat the pool up to 88°F, the maximum Florida regulations allow.
• Age minimum: the guest who books must be 25 or older, or traveling with a responsible adult who is 25 or older.
• No smoking or vaping (tobacco or marijuana anywhere on the property. Violations carry a $500 fine.
• HOA rules: no pets, no guest golf carts, and passenger vehicles only (no RVs, boats or trailers). Ask us for a list of nearby storage.
• No beach shuttle runs in the neighborhood.
-All registered guest are welcome, but no parties, gatherings, or excess noise allowed
Please note, we will under all circumstances follow our stated cancellation policies. We highly recommended guests purchase travel insurance to cover weather related issues (tropical storms, etc) and illnesses that may arise and interrupt travel.
