About this house rental
Beautiful, completely renovated 4 bedroom/4 bath on Holiday Isle sleeps 14! Enjoy 2 enormous decks with a private pool overlooking the canal and your private boat dock! Can't get more convenient for kayaking, boating, jet boating, or just enjoying looking out over the water. Even a table with running water to clean your fish.
Slip away to the beautiful beaches of the Gulf Coast and stay at this enchanting home in this quiet upscale Holiday Isle neighborhood. Close to the beach, with a backyard that is the deep water canal and a private pool! Featuring many extras, like granite countertops, spacious floor plan, private gas grill, and decks overlooking the fascinating canal, this is a great choice for a family vacation.
There are two master bedrooms upstairs with king beds and private baths. The larger one has a door out to the deck and view of the canal and a large shower. The smaller has a tub/bath combo in it's bathroom. Plenty of closet space in both.
Downstairs is a double over double bunk room with a twin trundle bed underneath sleeping up to 5 if they're small enough. There is a small full bath in this room also.
There is a third master bedroom with private bath and a queen AND double bed in it downstairs with a door to the lower deck/pool and view of the pool and canal.
In the downstairs living area is lots of tiled space, a 'spare' refrigerator (beer and fish usually), a large TV, and queen sleeper sofa. Upstairs is the main living area and kitchen and full sized washer and dryer. The TV is an ENOURMOUS 72" upstairs. There is a wood burning fireplace also (no wood provided). And the dining area that seats 10 comfortably around a huge dining room table.
The kitchen is granite with stainless steel appliances, 2 knife sets and a huge walnut cutting board mean you can prepare large meals with all of the fixings if that's what you desire.
You are right on the water of the canal and the beach is also just 10 min walk away. Renters will have a beach access card to private beach access at the end of Noriego Road on Gulf Shore Drive with access to some of the nicest beaches in Destin without the crowds around the public beach accesses.

*No more than two small pets (dogs under 25 pounds) are allowed, only with advance notice and permission. Palm Breeze is a nice house and location, close to the beach, beautiful pool and plenty roomy for our family of 10. Kitchen very well stocked, furnishings and beds comfortable. We rented a golf cart which was great for getting kids and beach chairs and stuff to the beach access. We had an issue upon first arrival to the house which was rectified immediately by the rental management. We did have some concerns which should be noted and resolved by owner.. first the grill was in bad shape and didn’t work so we weren’t able to use it. Second the internet was not very strong so one of our family members who did need to work while on vacation on his computer, found it difficult. Another problem was the downstairs bathroom in the bigger room, had quite a bit of mold which can be unhealthy. Hopefully with these problems will be attended to.
