The first floor of this beautiful home boasts a spacious living room, dining area, full kitchen, and laundry room. The gourmet kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, and a tumbled marble backsplash. The dining room seats 8, with 4 additional barstools nearby.
The King Master suite offers a plush pillow-top mattress for a restful night, and French doors leading to a private balcony where you can enjoy the morning sun views with a cup of coffee. the Master boasts a tiled shower and a tiled jacuzzi tub.

Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $75/day or $525/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.

Browse and select available gear to include paddleboards, kayaks, bikes, umbrellas and beach lounge chairs. All gear will be delivered upon arrival and picked up upon departure. Maximize your vacation time by setting up your rental equipment needs before you even leave the house!

All we ask is that guests do not go to the home until the office has released the home. We do have field staff that will need access to the home and parking spaces to ensure the home is clean and ready to go for your stay.

The Beach Reunion Blue Coconut house was super clean when we arrived, which was a great first impression. The property even came with two propane tanks ready for the grill, which made cooking outside really easy.Communication with the company was smooth the whole time. During the day they were quick and helpful, and even when we had a little emergency, they responded right away. We also had a pet with us during our stay, and they made it very easy to accommodate. Anytime something came up, they were easy to reach. For example, we had some trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi (the password we had on paper wasn’t valid), and they helped us sort it out. We also needed a little extra trash space, and they brought us another bin without any problem.The house had everything we needed in the kitchen, plus the washer and dryer worked perfectly. The location was amazing—so convenient if you’re planning to go back and forth to the beach a lot.A couple of small suggestions: it would be really helpful to have an emergency key for the bathroom doors (we accidentally locked one and couldn’t get it open). The pool was the perfect size once cleaned, and the outdoor shower was a lifesaver after a day at the beach. Overall, we had such a great stay and would definitely recommend this house!

Close proximity to beach (walking distance) and restaurants. Nice pool area and good layout of the home. We had several generations and the house met our needs. I would recommend this property and the management company. We had a maintenance issue and they addressed it very quickly. No complaints. AnthonyCookeville, TN

Great location, nice pool area but the property is in need of maintenance. Too many issues to list, but the biggest ones were a major shower leak, broken sleeper sofa, loose balcony boards, stained furniture. There is also a moisture issue on the third floor. There was a dehumidifier provided and it was filled to capacity every day. The property was also extremely dirty upon arrival. They did respond quickly when we reported issues but we still had to deal with most of the issues for the entire week. I hope the owner reads this and can get a thorough inspection done. The management company has obviously not been keeping up. Also the public beach access is extremely small and if you do not setup by 6am, you may not have a spot. You are close to a state park as a second option, which was beautiful and uncrowded. . Finally, the listing states there is parking for four vehicles but it could easily fit five.
If the maintenance were brought up to speed, this would be a great little house.
