Pool Heat: From October 1st - May 1st, the private pool can be heated for an additional $100/day or $700/week. Pool heat must be purchased for the entire stay.
Margarita Machines: Beach Reunion proudly partners with Firefighter Margaritas to offer commercial frozen margarita machines for rent (additional fee). Enjoy restaurant-quality frozen drinks or virgin slushies poolside or at the beach—perfect for family vacations, weddings, retreats, and group gatherings.

* PARKING: This property has a STRICT 5-car parking policy. If you have vehicles that cannot fit properly in the driveway of the home, please contact the office. Guests not in compliance are subject to a fine up to $300 per city ordinance.**
* This home rents only Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break and Summer months.
* College/Student groups are NOT allowed. All renters must be 25 and older with the exception of children in families.
* Weddings/Events– All weddings/events must be pre-approved by Beach Reunion. A $1500 event fee is required for any wedding or event. In addition, a $1000 refundable deposit is required for ALL weddings.
* Wedding Permit- This home does require a permit from the county that is separate from the $1500 event fee from Beach Reunion
* Pets Are Permitted: $250/Pet, Under 25 Lbs., with a 2 pet Maximum *Please note that pets are not permitted on any of the beaches within the area. Medical services dogs only

Guests have full access to the home! Three days prior to guests arrival date an email for check-in will be sent to the email address on file. The email will contain everything about the home and information needed during your stay. All homes are keyless entry with a code made specific for each guest. All homes are self check-in. Standard check in time is at 3pm. We ask that guests do not attempt to go to the property unless given access before 3pm.
The Neighborhood:
The property is situated in the perfect location only 200 yards to a beautiful beach access on the quiet and un-crowded western end of Scenic Gulf Drive. Also toward the beach, two of Destin’s best restaurants (Camille`s Restaurant and The Henderson Beach Inn) are right around the corner and there are many other restaurants an easy walk in the other direction toward the retail and shopping areas. The home is a few lots off of Scenic Gulf Drive so that there will never be a problem with traffic or pedestrian noise and it is located equally close to Destin’s premier shopping and dining district of The Commons and adjacent shopping developments; an easy walk or bike ride yet far enough away not to impede upon your beach atmosphere at home. The Crystal Beach neighborhood is Destin’s best beach area and The Beach House is located in the nicest and most convenient part of Crystal Beach! Park your car until you`re ready to drive it home if you can bring yourself to leave!
Getting Around:
You can drive, walk, get a bicycle rental or golf cart rental. With the area to the home being central, you are just moments away from all the best that Destin has to offer!

Beach Reunion provides a starter set of welcome supplies for our guests. This will include a trash bag per trash can, 1 roll of paper towels, 1-2 rolls of toilet tissue for bathrooms, travel sized dish soap, dishwasher tablets. Once these items have been used, it is the guests responsibility to replenish what they will need for the remainder of their stay.

We had a celebration for my mother’s 90th birthday. We had been to this area years ago and had wonderful memories. The Day Dream Believer house was fantastic! Plenty of room for our entire group with plenty of amenities. Close to the beautiful beach and shopping. Wonderful backyard with pool and swing set for our littles. One small issue was the propane for the grill. Just enough for our use, but was almost empty. Highly recommend this home.

I believe the bathrooms need attention. We had to scrub them all before use. The pool could have been cleaner. But all in all it was a fantastic place to stay.

Everything was perfect house was clean and very spacious, we really enjoyed our time in this beautiful house, thank you so much. We will be back am we recommend this house a 100 % .! Thank you.!

We did not check in on time. The cleaning folks were running behind, though I understand there were a rowdy group before us. Kitchen was not well organized, although we eventually found what we needed. Stovetop had not been well cared for, so I had to scrape it off to get decent even heat. I dug a mouse sized piece of hair out of the bathroom tub drain-almost totally clogged. Dryer vents were awful and need to be emptied to dry anything well. Internet was sketchy at best. TV channel selection was great. Pool was very clean and well cared for. Having two refrigerators was great! Kitchen seating was awesome for our large family. Hot water supply was excellent. Beach was close and the reserved chairs were great. Several of our flights were cancelled for our checkout day and the cleaning crew was very nice as we waited for their arrival to vacate. We left the property at least as clean as when we arrived.
