GUEST ACCESS
⭐You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owner's Locked Closets and the Garage). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good phone number and email address from you after booking. You do not have access to the boats on the lifts or use of the lifts. Boats, trailer, jet skis etc are not allowed in the driveway or for storage.
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply a limited number of bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property offers free Wi-Fi, and the details can be found in the property binder located in the kitchen/living room area or in the digital property guidebook. While we strive to provide a reliable connection, please note that Wi-Fi signal strength may vary, especially during peak season due to high demand in the area. If you require high-speed internet, we recommend bringing a personal hotspot device. Please remember to bring your streaming service passwords and log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ Our home's driveway offers free parking for up to 4 vehicles. To ensure a smooth stay and avoid any fines, please note that boats, trailers, jet skis, and RVs are not permitted in the driveway at any time, as per HOA guidelines. These must be parked offsite. For offsite parking options, feel free to contact our office. Additionally, the HOA does not allow rental golf carts or scooters on the property.
BEACH ACCESS
⭐ The private, gated beach access is just a quick 4-minute walk (0.4 miles away)! We'll provide you with 2 Key Cards for easy entry to the beach. Please note, there is no beach service provided at this access.
BEACH GEAR
⭐ Beach gear is available at the home for your enjoyment! You'll typically find beach toys, a beach wagon, beach towels, but please note we can't guarantee specific items upon arrival. Beach towels are provided for your convenience during your stay. We kindly ask that you wash, dry, fold, and return them to their original location before check-out so they're ready for the next guests to enjoy. Thank you so much for helping us keep everything fresh and beach-ready!
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there are surveillance cameras located outside the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS - IMPORTANT INFO BEFORE BRINGING A PET
⭐ We're happy to welcome up to (2) pets to our property! Your furry friend(s) must be under 40 lbs, well-behaved, and leashed whenever outside. Please be sure to pick up after all potty breaks. The maximum number of pets allowed is (2) two. A non-refundable pet fee of $300 + tax for one pet and $450 + tax for two pets is required and will be charged AFTER the booking is made (this fee is NOT included in the property rental cost). Our Pet Agreement must be signed after booking, along with submission of up-to-date vaccine records valid through the END of your stay. If management is not notified beforehand, an additional $500 fee will apply. Thank you for helping us keep our space enjoyable for everyone!
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, one of our favorite public beaches is Pompano Joe's in Miramar Beach. It offers large bathrooms, plenty of parking, and a beachside restaurant. Our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher located under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
