good location, clean
the room is situated in the basement. You have a window that is high against the ceiling and looks onto the pavement outside. You hear everything that happens outside.
The central door has an extremely loud electric lock. You hear very clear when someone enters and that can be annoying during the night.

Er is een mooie badkamer.
De kamers zijn centraal gelegen.
De kamers zijn schoon.
Er is airconditioning.
Ik mocht mijn bagage al eerder in het appartement leggen.
Het bed ligt niet echt lekker. Het matras is van een soort schuim (zonder vering) dat niet echt steun geeft - je ligt al redelijk snel in een kuil.
Het is een souterrain (verdieping half onder begane grond) aan de straat. Je kunt geen raam open doen omdat je dan steeds mensen voorbij hoort lopen.
De kamers zijn redelijk gehorig, je hoort zowel mensen praten in de andere kamers als de bovenburen die heen en weer lopen.
Het appartement, waar de kamers in zijn, bevindt zich in een trapportaal waar ook andere appartementen wonen. Het trapportaal rook onprettig en er is een oude (buur?)man in het appartement aan de andere kant van de gang die zich vreemd gedroeg. Gelukkig maar twee keer tegengekomen, maar toch.

The room was close to the old town. Easy to reach by foot.
Room was underground. It is fine, but the smell from the bathroom/shower drain is horrible.

Nice room, lots of space. Modern/ up to date facilities and television. Very helpful staff/owner. Not far from Old town.
THE SMELL, the absolute stench from the bathroom was ridiculous you couldn’t even open the door without infecting the rest of the room for the foreseeable, we couldn’t figure out where it was coming from as everything looked clean. The building it is located in is not nice, dirty and smelly. Shower would not drain when showering.
