Cozy apartment Marin in Split

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was very clean, modern, and well-maintained. The facilities were excellent — everything I needed was available, and everything worked perfectly. The air conditioning was especially good, which made a big difference during the warmer days. The location is great too — just about a 10-minute walk to the city center, which was very convenient. The host was extremely friendly and responsive, always quick to answer any questions I had. I was really satisfied with my stay and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting the area. I’d be happy to stay here again in the future!

The property has everything you need. It was 5 min walk from the historical center with lots of shops in the area. The host managed to accommodate me within 2 hours of requested booking and even gave me a late check out. It is ideal for friends visit as it has 3 beds! Loved that there was local wine waiting for me on the table as a greeting gift.

A bit damp and dark but it was a basement flat so you wouldn't expect anything different. Would be nice to have a washing machine soap (since there is a washing machine) and a shampoo (since where was shower gel only) but not end of the world!

Good location.

The property is repurposed basement where there was quite some noise from the neighboring apartments and above. We were woken up on many occasions from noises. We informed the owner but we didn’t get response at all. Our message was ignored which was not nice.
