Overall the apartment was very nice, modern, clean, spacious and neatly decorated. The balcony was small but it was possible to have 2 people and a small table. The view was over the roads and buildings below plus a very small glimpse of the sea in the distance. Host communication was good. Air conditioning good, as it was blazingly hot. The old town of Split (5-10 mins walk away) was nice. We also took a TP Line katamaran ferry to Hvar which was a gorgeous place to visit.
Being on the third floor without a lift meant climbing and descending 60 stairs. It was ok for us, but maybe would not be for others. The building surrounds are very urban and pretty unappealing.

L’appartement était très bien placé et proche du centre. Il n’y avait pas de bruit. Notre hôte était réactif et serviable.
