The owner was a very nice woman and she was so understanding, please do not mind the bad reviews on here. Do bear in mind that the bathroom is shared but it was very clean even with it being shared. At the time of my stay, security were living there as well as four other guests. It was very hygienic and I stayed here after going to a concert and the location was convenient. Stairs are loud so just be careful and also the door to get into the house is a smart door. She let us park in the gate of the house which made our car safe as well as cctv cameras been monitored to make us feel safe. Teas and coffees can be made yourself there with no charge and she made us feel at home. Advice: being your own slippers as you cannot wear outdoor shoes into your room.
Walls arent that soundproof and it can be loud but noise was rather minimal.

We needed a bed for the night when visiting the university , the location was nearby and convenient in a quiet side road. Good communication with the owner and easy access. Parked on the road outside. The whole house was very clean and tidy. Well equipped clean kitchen.
