The place was clean and comfortable. The host was very responsive and provided clear, easy-to-follow instructions. The location was fine and quiet, with a lovely big garden to enjoy. Overall, a pleasant stay.
The property could use some renovation as it looks quite worn out. The toilet seat was loose and not properly fixed, and the alarm kept beeping throughout the stay, which was quite annoying.

Absolute filth AVOID
The location was perfect for our needs as we were visiting Wolloton Hall. The neighbours were friendly.
The house was absolute filth. The freezer was frozen shut. The washing machine was full of smelly stagnant water. The cuboards were hanging off in the kitchen. There was at least 2 years of filth cigarette butts and bottle tops down the side of the sofa along with a bus ticket dated xmas 23. I wiped the red leather sofa with a baby wipe as it felt sticky and the wipe was pure black after. There was what appeared to be bodily fluids on the walls. The stairs were damp. The garden had a lovely seating area with 2 broken wooden chairs with half the slats missing and a veiw of overgrown bramble bushes. An old filthy toilet brush and smelly insoles from someones shoes under the stairs.An a general lack of cleaning and repair. More like student accomodation. The only redeeming feature was there was clean bedding and no sign of bed bugs.
