2BR Loft - Modern & Central

The location is great (less than 10 minute walk from the central train station, Tivoli Gardens, and the Stroget walking street in the heart of town). There is a decent grocery store on the ground floor of the building and a lovely cafe around the corner. There are a lot of steps to climb but there is a nice elevator for luggage and anyone who needs it. We stayed here with 5 adults - one had to sleep in the common room on the couch-bed, but we were all very comfortable and slept well.

The only negative was that the host never once responded to any messages on booking.com, nor any Whatsapp messages. He sent a lot of automated messages that were very useful (how to check in, etc.) but I was a bit worried that if we accidentally left the keys in the apartment, or some other problem locked us out of the place, we wouldn't have any solution since we couldn't reach anyone.

Very spacious, light, clean, quiet and a perfect central location within easy walk of the river, shops, restaurants, Tivoli gardens, museums, etc. It’s not the same apartment as in the photos on Booking.com but it’s just as nice (minus the wood panelling).

The location was excellent with easy access to everything

The elevator got stuck with us inside. The shower flooded every morning. We requested early check ins nd the host failed to set it up. W head a medical emergency and needed to have supplied overnight delivered. We requested secure address for delivery and the host never replied. Towels were insufficient for our family of 5. Especially with Su needing to use towels to clean the flooded bathrooms after each shower.
