Ruined by the firm running the accommodation

The AI bot masquerading as a human that ignored our repeated requests to resolve faulty fire alarm that repeatedly went off for 4 days and meant that the property was unsafe for our family and breached fire safety laws, not to mention extremely annoying to live with 24/7 and which ruined our holiday.

An ideal apartment in a fabulous location!

Asbjorn has a beautiful apartment and was very helpful sharing information about the area! We loved the huge clean apartment. It was so convenient to walk in and around Copenhagen and/or the train station! The video for finding the lock box made getting in simple. Thank you for a wonderful stay! I would highly recommend it!

Exceptional: Spacious, bright and well-appointed.

Bright, spacious, clean, comfortable, modern & fresh decor, with an old world feel. Good location to explore the city, on foot and by tram. Grocery store is right next door. Nice beds, bedding, lighting, bathroom & shower. The kitchen is very well equipped to make meals. Everything is spotlessly clean. Coffee pods, oil, salt & pepper provided. Washer-dryer is a nice feature. Clear instructions to enter and host is quick to provide information. Highly recommend.

Really spacious and comfortable apartment. If we return to Copenhagen, I'd definitely stay again.

The location is amazing. Right across the street from the Tivoli Gardens and the museum. Really easy to get around.

The washing machine door was broken and that wasn't disclosed to us.

The space in the appartement and central location. Every was very clean and the apartment is well equipped

Perfect hub for Copenhagen exploration

What a perfect location to explore Copenhagen. Above a good supermarket, across from Tivoli, a quick walk to excellent restaurants, down the street from a transit hub and bustling square. And the place itself! Detailed instructions to access, well-equipped, so much natural light (and breeze) from all the windows. The elevator was appreciated too, as was all the space! Don’t hesitate to book here.

Excellent apartment, great location, super clean and roomy.

We had a great few days here and everything was as advertised. The location is fantastic, walking distance into the town and main attractions, and the mini supermarket downstairs was a life saver for us. We were about 300 meters away from Tivoli Gardens and 500 m from the main train station. We used the well equipped kitchen to do a lot of cooking which helped as eating out in Copenhagen can be expensive.The apartment is super clean, and very roomy and was great for the 6 of us. The directions to get the keys and access the building were easy and communication with the host was simple and fast.

The only downside was that it was a little noisy when the windows were opened when there were people outside or cars driving by, but that’s just a factor of the location. It’s still worth staying in this location though, as you’re close to everything.

Muy buen alojamiento en Copenhague

La ubicación, la limpieza y el conjunto del apartamento, muy bien equipado.

Las fotos nos se correspondían con el apartamento. En todo caso, el apartamento era estupendo y la experiencia fue magnífica, aunque sigo prefiriendo alojarme en un hotel por los servicios que conlleva.
