Huge modern & central 2BR loft

The apartment itself was excellent. Large enough for the five of us in terms of sleeping. There was a large dining table with six chairs and a well equipped kitchen. The location was great and ideal for our needs. It was incredibly easy to walk to all the sites we wanted to see, including Tivoli (two of the rides are visible from the main bedroom window and balcony!). The apartment is just above a small supermarket (Netto) which was well stocked with plenty of options for all tastes. The hosts recommended a Luggage Hero for storing suitcases before check in. This worked well and was reliable. We used it at the start and end of our stay and was just in the next block.

Overall we loved our stay, however, there were some issues which should be highlighted -although I wouldn't want anyone to be put off by these. Within a minute of booking, we received two confirmation messages, the second of which highlighted that the photos of the apartment are not accurate, and to get a proper idea of what the apartment is like there was a link to a YouTube video. The message stated that some people have cancelled their booking after seeing the video and that they would understand if someone chose to do this. Now there is nothing wrong with the apartment so we don't really understand why the hosts don't just update the photos so they are accurate in the first place. Secondly, we had a message about using the kitchen stairs to get to the courtyard to put rubbish out. There are no stairs from the kitchen in this apartment. Maybe, the message related to the apartment that the photos correspond to. Not a big deal; we got to the courtyard via the main stairwell and were grateful for the reminder to take a key with us so that we didn't get locked out! Like I said, don't be put off by any of this. We had a lovely stay and would stay there again, we just think the hosts could be more upfront and it would make more sense to update the photos!

The location was wonderful with easy access to the city. There was a grat supermarket 30 yds from the front door. The kitchen. was really good with excellent pots and pans and an induction cooker.

Collecting the key from a secret lockbox 200 meters away proved difficult especially after dark. I have poor. eyesight and my wife is disabled. Fortunately our daughter was able to come and help us. We were concerned about returning the key to the secret place and the host told us that was our only option for the cleaners to get the key. Luckilyy for us, the cleaner came early and so we did not need to do that.

Casa molto ampia e luminosa . Supermercato proprio sotto. Casa accessoriata anche con primari condimenti molto utili.

Indisponibilità di una seconda chiave e/o di accesso con codice. Assenza di armadi. Bagno unico . Lavatrice che ha avuto problemi con lo scarico ma che per fortuna hanno risolto.

Location is great Easy access, nearby shopping, attractions, musea and galeries, many restaurants around Nice apartment , well equipped, good condition altogether

Shower is too small for the size of the bathroom, nylon curtains are always annoying and not very hygienic. Street parking is expensive and goes 24/7
