Great location. Huge apartment. Super clean and lots of space for the family. High chair, cot, comfy beds, excellent kitchen and dining space. All the sights literally on our doorstep. Checking in and communication beforehand all excellent. Would very much recommend.

Stay was great- a little bit of street noise at night outside the front windows- given the location to be expected and we were warned in advance. A toaster would be a good addition in the kitchen.

It was difficult to control lights in the bedrooms. In the main bedroom it was not possible to turn on the light and we could not turn off the light in the other bedroom. Hot water periodically stopped running but then it was running again No hangers in the flat

Mega Wohnung im Herzen der Stadt mit Sauberkeitsmängeln

Die Wohnung ist wunderschön und toll für große Familien, ihre Lage perfekt. Gute Betten, sehr viel Platz für 8 Personen.

Die Sauberkeit in mehreren Bereichen ließ ziemlich zu wünschen übrig (Kissen innen fleckig und sie rochen schlecht, Bäder, Küche). Alle Küchengeräte (Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher, Spülbecken) und sämtliche Armaturen in den Bädern waren völlig verkalkt. In einem Bad funktionierte die Lüftung nicht… Jeder Erwachsene hatte nur ein Handtuch für den gesamten Aufenthalt zur Verfügung, auch auf Nachfrage (man sollte sich melden wenn man etwas brauchte) erhielten wir eine Absage :( Das zuvor bestellte Babybett stand zwar in einer Kammer der Wohnung, jedoch gab es hierfür keine Bettwäsche sondern nur eine alte Schaumstoffmatratze (also falls notwendig: eigene Bettwäsche hierfür mitnehmen!), unser Baby schlief halt bei den Eltern)…

Schöne Wohnung in der City

Große, geräumige Wohnung, mitten in der Innenstadt, direkt an der Ladenstraße. Metro war sehr gut erreichbar.

Große Baustelle vor der Wohnung wurde vorab nicht mitgeteilt. Bei den Ankunfts und Abreise Zeiten ist man sehr genau. (Über genau) bereits 11:05 Uhr kam die telefonische Anfrage, ob man einen Late Checkout benötigt, obwohl man die Schlüssel pünktlich übergeben hatte. Auch der frühe Checkin hätte für 2 Stunden 100 € gekostet. Kann man machen – muss man nicht. Einen Espressomaschine und eine kleine Bluetooth Box hätte der Wohnung gut getan.

Un séjour presque parfait !

L' appartement est incroyable ! Idéalement situé en plein centre de Copenhague et à proximité des grands centres d' intérêt du secteur : Nyhavn, Tivoli... et des bars, restaurants, boutiques. La taille de l'appartement est juste impressionnante, la décoration est simple et épurée. Il y a de nombreuses baies vitrées mais il est suffisamment chauffé pour que cela ne gêne en rien la température intérieure. La literie est de grande qualité. On trouve à proximité de nombreux netto, 7 eleven...et le lidl pour des courses plus conséquentes et moins onéreuses est à 20 minutes à pied. La station de Métro est à environ 8 minutes à pied avec une liaison directe jusqu'à l'aéroport 24h/24. La communication avec les hôtes est rapide et de qualité. Le check in et check out se sont déroulés simplement grâce aux indications données et la boîte à clefs.

Le secteur est bruyant, nous le savions cela n'est en aucun cas la faute des hôtes, impossible d'être en hyper centre de Copenhague et espérer le calme de la campagne. Mais prévoyez tout de même des bouchons d' oreilles car certaines nuits le bruit est présent de manière ininterrompue. Nous avons rencontré des problèmes d'eau chaude, il nous était impossible de tous nous doucher sur la même période et cela même avec des douches minutées ... Les salles de bains manquent également cruellement de meubles de rangement. C'est dommage de ne pas profiter d'une douche bien chaude après une journée dans le froid. Le point qui nous a le plus ennuyé est le manque manifeste d'équipement dans la cuisine. Un four mais aucun plat disponible adapté à la cuisson au four. Les poêles et casseroles sont de petites tailles quand vous faites des repas pour 9 vous êtes vite limité... Pas de micro-ondes, pas de grille-pain, pas de poubelle (hormis une attache dans une porte de placard qui n'est pas adaptée... heureusement les poubelles de l' immeuble sont facilement accessibles au rez de chaussée). Nous ne regrettons aucunement notre choix mais nous pensons que ces détails apporteraient un vrai plus pour la praticité des futurs guests.
