High on the hillside, with views over Lake Lugano, Casa Al Cervo is a unique property where guests can relax in nature and explore this beautiful part of Switzerland. The ground-floor apartment can sleep up to 4 people and is an ideal base for a family or friends in search of an action-packed holiday.
The front door leads directly from the garden into the open-plan living/dining area. The décor is sleek and modern with contemporary furniture and pale wooden floors. The seating area is furnished with an elegant sofa and two armchairs, with a sideboard and a flat-screen TV. Next to this is the dining table with 4 chairs. The ultra-modern fitted kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, toaster and a coffee machine.
The front garden has a neat lawn with a table and chairs where guests can relax with a glass of wine or cup of coffee.
Sleeping
Bedroom: The bedroom has a double bed and ample wardrobe space.
Extra: The sofa in the living room converts into a comfortable double bed.
Bathroom
The stylish marble bathroom has a large shower, basin, bidet, washing machine and WC.

The apartment is just 3 minutes from the centre of the charming village of Carona, in the Italian-speaking canton of Ticino. This small town is a treasure trove of great architecture from the Middle Ages onwards. At the foot of Monte San Salvatore, there are many wonderful hiking routes starting from the town which lead out into peaceful woodland.
The Parco San Grato (5 minute drive) offers visitors a chance to immerse themselves in nature, with beautiful, themed hikes and stunning views over the lake. There is plenty for children to do, including hand crafted swings, a playground and special star gazing evenings.
Although it is in quiet countryside the residence is only 25 minutes from the heart of Lugano, so guests have the best of both worlds. Lugano is well-known for its rich cultural heritage and stunning natural setting. On the shores of the Lago di Lugano, the waterfront promenade is not to be missed. Or take a day trip out on the lake, to really appreciate the magnificent scenery.
The closest international airports are in Italy - Milan Malpensa 1 hour and 10 minutes away by car, or Milan Linate, a 1 hour and 20 minute journey.
