The apartment is very good, spacious and well furnsihed for a family of four. The kitchen section is very good and the aircon was very welcome. The pool is clean and not too busy - it was great. The lake access is also really good. It's a great complex and apartment is very good.

Expensive even for Lugano. The building is not well kept and gives off a bad vibe. Aircon is not really an aircon.
Poor communication. We confirmed our arrival twice but still no one shared the check in procedure. No staff present at site, phone number on booking.com wasn't working. Horrible experience with three small kids. Booked a cot, which was confirmed at a cost, but it wasn't provided and no one cared to bring it to us despite being in contact with someone on whatsapp.
We stayed in a two bedroom apartment which is really only one bedroom and a bed in the kitchen/living room.. the bedroom didn't have any window but some slides that opened up into the kitchen. Good for air, but bad for sound
