L’appartement est très bien rénové, avec de beaux matériaux. On ne manque de rien. La literie est impeccable, tout est propre!
L’établissement dispose d’une superbe piscine, des transats en suffisance pour tout le monde et un accès direct au lac avec un ponton. Le bonheur!
L’appartement est super bien placé par rapport aux différents villages à visiter (Melide, Morcote, Lugano,…) Un supermarché au bout de la rue et un centre commerciale aux alentours ☺️
Comme il s’agit d’un ancien hôtel, les communs sont un peu tristes car plus utilisé. Mais ça n’enlève rien à l’appartement

Parkplatz inklusive, Blick auf See, schöne Einrichtung, sauber, bequemes Bett, Handtücher und Bettwäsche sehr gepflegt, gratis Wlan, gute Lage (Nahe Foxtown, Lugano, Swissminiature, Morcote)
keine Promenade, kein Trottoir um ins Zentrum zu spazieren (man muss auf der Strasse laufen bzw. das Auto nutzen)

Die Unterkunft liegt, direkt am See. Schöner Park. Bushaltestelle nach Lugano direkt bei der Anlage.
Für 4 Personen eher klein. Wäre von Vorteil wenn es mehr Haken hätte für Utensilien aufzuhängen. Kehrichtsackkonzept müsste noch überlegt werden, bei der empfohlenen Tankstelle gab es keine einzelnen Säcke, nur ganze Rollen. Macht nicht Sinn .

I got the message/emails in Italians about collecting the key. Ik was not easy and not comfortable after a long trip Netherland to Zwitserland. Its for your concern.
