About this house rental
This location is in an exclusive neighborhood of Vancouver called Dunbar/Point Grey. It is a well lit and very large self contained basement suite with many windows and a private entrance. 850 sq feet (79 square meters) plus a private outdoor seating area and full sized laundry and kitchen. Large bathroom with shower.
Transit is 2 blocks away and a natural forest park (Pacific Spirit Park) is 2 blocks away in the opposite direction.The University of British Columbia campus is very close via transit or you can walk to campus through the well kept trails through the forest of Pacific Spirit Park (1.25 hours) or bicycle in only 20 minutes ( we provide 2 older bicycles for free). The airport is 20 minutes by car or taxi (appx. $30 CAD).
Parking is always available for free on the street.
We have raised our two girls in this house ... the only home we have owned. Both girls and their families live in the USA so having a short term rental allows us to have them and their families home occasionally between bookings.
We have been Superhosts for 5 years with AirBNB and prefer longer term bookings when possible.
