SCAM ALERT!
On the day of arrival, they suddenly say that the apartment is not available/ "is damaged" and we couldn't stay there. Because there is no time to react find another place, they pressured us into taking an alternative apartment that they own.
The alternative apartment was disgusting. It wasn't cleaned in weeks, sticky floors, dirt and filth everywhere and the whole bathroom was covered in black mold.
After you send a complaint, they stop responding to messages or calls, not even Booking.com ones.
I've checked the app afterwards later in the day and it was listed as available on Booking.com for the days we went there. This way they continue to try and trap other people into their scam. Do yourself a favor do not book anything from this company called:

The reservation was cancelled on the morning of arrival into Luxembourg City- the reason given was due to water damaged.

We raised a problem with the accommodation through booking.com and the directly through email but the host never responded so I'll repeat it here.
There were a number of problems with the accommodation we were moved to including, but not limited to:
- Broken shower and bath tap (which prevented the use of the bath tub - when you turned it on, water shot straight past the tub onto the bathroom floor)
- Broken door handle to the bathroom which stopped it from locking
- Damaged blinds with sunshades taped to the window instead
-The wall mirrors actually being the doors of the wardrobe, propped up against the wall
- Insufficient cleaning (see stains and visible piles of dirt)
- Other damaged furniture, such as the broken crib in one of the rooms which had not been in the photos
We were initially meant to be in different accommodation, on the day of travel we were told we could not stay there and were offered an alternative accommodation the same host owned. We accepted as we had little choice in the matter that late on but when we got there we find that the accommodation did not match the condition depicted in the photos sent to us.
We have further concerns about the fact that the accommodation we were moved to, while listed on booking.com is marked as entirely unavailable for all foreseeable dates. Given the condition of the flat and the last minute change to our accommodation on the day of travel, this is particularly suspicious.
I would recommend avoiding this accommodation.

Great location (close to shopping center and public transport), well insulated (never heard neighbours), very nice facilities, well priced, very nice bathroom, and it was quite clean.
Quite cozy with the bookshelves and plants, and great control of fresh air and lighting :)
We were missing bed sheets and towels during the first night, the property owner responded at 11PM, so one person in our group had to sleep without those.
We arranged an appointment the day after for 4.30PM, but the agent showed up at 11.40PM. Wayyy later than we confirmed, this was quite frustrating and kept us locked to our appartement for the evening. We communicated multiple times with the owner, but the agent/owner didn’t keep himself to his promises.
The coffee machine stopped working after day two, but we didn’t want to deal with the owner’s agent again, so we just left it like it was.
Every hour the lights would shut off, I guess it’s a power saving feature. But that was a little annoying. And just a minor thing, we would have preferred some more dim/warm lights to create a cozier atmosphere.

Unfortunately, our stay was cancelled by the host on the day of arrival at 10:20 in the morning, just a few hours before check-in. They mentioned water damage in the apartment and suggested we cancel the booking ourselves.
We were already on the way with three children and couldn’t find any last-minute accommodation in Luxembourg. As a result, we had to change our travel route and missed out on visiting Luxembourg entirely.
We understand that emergencies can happen, but informing guests just hours before arrival is completely unacceptable. This situation ruined part of our holiday. Very disappointing.

It is a beautiful, modern apartment. Very secure. Comfortable. Loved that we could cook and do our washing. It was comfortable and met our expectations in this regard.
Unfortunately, there was a lack of attention to detail and we found the following not to our expectations:
1) there were no complimentary dishwasher bricks AND the basin was missing a part to be able to plug the basin to keep the water in it. This was frustrating and resulted in us having to find ways to get the dishes clean. We reported this but it was not resolved by the time we left. There was also no drying cloth to dry dishes with.
2) the drying rack for clothes had a missing wheel. We reported this and it was fixed, but without asking our permission to enter the apartment when we were not there. We just got home and it was repaired.
3) the cleanliness was lacking in some areas. The couch needed a clean, some cupboard drawers had dirt in it, the freezer had a messy spill in a drawer and down the bottom of the inside of the freezer, there were pots and other dishes that were dirty.
4) there were quite a few beetles roaming around in the apartment
5) we did not realize the sleeper couch was the single bed in the photos, and subsequently our teenage children had to share a bed that unfolded into a double bed
6) the additional duvet inner did not have a duvet cover
7) we could not get the lights in the kitchen above the basin to work, we asked about this but did not receive a response how to operate it
8) we were not informed that the apartment locks even if the key is in the door and was locked out of the apartment for almost 2 hours after our son went to open the front building door for us and had to pay EUR350 for a person to unlock the door for us.

Le jour de la réservation l'hôte a annulé ma réservation pretextant une fuite d'eau.
Jai appris par la suite que le logement avait bien été loué et que l'hôtel pratique le surbooking ils louent dur plusieurs plate-forme.

Como já tinha visto nos últimos comentários feitos pelos hóspedes o alojamento no próprio dia da entrada cancela ou envia mensagem a informar que o apartamento teve problema com a água. Na minha estadia às 10:17h do dia de entrada recebo uma mensagem a informar que não estava disponível por problemas de água e que tinha uma opção. Uma vez que não havia disponibilidade de alojamentos na zona tive que aceitar a opção. Após análise e entrada verifiquei que o apartamento estava numa zona menos acessível, cheirava mal, o chão estava sujo,não havia toalhas nem roupa de cama para uma pessoa, paredes riscadas, colchões com manchas, ao tomar banho a água escorria para o resguardo e caia no chão, deixando o chão da casa de banho molhado e das outras divisões à volta.Houve dias em que não tivemos água quente para WC e para aquecimento da casa. Pedimos ajuda ao alojamento mas o mesmo remeteu ao silêncio e não respondeu.
Não recomendo a reserva por ser uma fraude. Usam as fotos deste alojamento para chamamento das pessoas. No dia em que disseram que estava indisponível o mesmo já aparecia disponível para novas reservas no booking

Aucune satisfaction possible puisque nous n'avons même pas pu accéder au logement.
Le jour même de notre arrivée, nous avons appris que la boîte à clés avait été changée, mais le code communiqué n'avait pas été mis à jour, alors que l’on nous soutenait le contraire .
Résultat : impossible d'ouvrir la boîte, donc impossible d'entrer dans l'appartement.
Après de très nombreux appels et échanges, on nous a finalement confirmé que nous ne pourrions pas accéder au logement.
Je vous laisse imaginer la situation : en déplacement, sans solution immédiate, et sans hébergement disponible.
Nous avons donc dû trouver par nous-mêmes un autre hébergement, au double du prix initialement prévu puisque : réservation le jour même alors que nous réservons toujours à l’avance pour éviter ce genre de problème.
Le plus regrettable reste la difficulté pour obtenir un remboursement, qui a nécessité encore de multiples démarches.
Une expérience extrêmement décevante - aucune réactivité, aucune anticipation, et un vrai manque de sérieux dans la gestion de ce type de problème.
Nous n'avons jamais pu accéder au logement : le code de la boîte à clés ne fonctionnait pas, et après de nombreux appels et échanges via WhatsApp, aucune solution concrète n'a malheureusement été trouvée.

Bedienungsanleitungen für z. B. Backofen, Mikrowelle, Fernseher, Licht (ging nach gewisser Zeit einfach aus) wären hilfreich gewesen, die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht (undicht), Abflussstopfen in Spüle fehlte

Desastre Total. Mala comunicación. Nos encontramos el apartamento sin limpiar. Baño sucio, basura sin sacar. Camas sin hacer y con la ropa sucia-desordenado. Llamamos al anfitrión y no cogen. Casa que o cumple con lo mínimo de habitabilidad, higiene y salubridad. Enviamos un mensaje con las fotos y lo sucedido. Todavía estamos esperando que nos digan algo. Nos dejaron abandonados y tuvimos que buscar un hotel de urgencia.
