The hosts were welcoming & were aware we were coming & remembered our booking without even having to go through their system. Cosy cabins. Loved the green surroundings, trees etc. We really felt away from the traffic. We needed a place to relax after a morning hike about 17min away from this establishment.
The fridge wasn't working fine. It only got a bit colder with some frost build up this morning & still that wasn't enough especially because it's summer. The top fridge felt just off. I think there should be a working fridge since we needed to relax, be at home, with all the groceries. Nothing froze, from the time we checked in till next day. We'd love to go back but they need to replace the fridge

The view was lovely and it was peaceful up until people started arriving early hours of the morning from their night time excursions..
The road leading to Cynthia's Cottage is a dirt road so when it rains it can be a bit tricky to manoeuvre if you only have a car not a four wheeler bakkie. But the property did mention it so we were aware of it..
