A quirky unit in the bush. We like quirky and except for the problems below this would have been right up our alley. We don’t like giving bad reviews but to freeze in winter is not acceptable.

The clear skylight had been painted over so you could no longer see the sky like you can in the photographs. This is a pity because it’s the reason we booked this place. We were freezing in winter. There was only one blanket and there was no hot water in the shower so we froze while trying to shower.

Lovely surroundings! The peace and quiet was exactly what we hoped for. Cottage is well equipped with everything we needed.

Hot water is slightly temperamental but it probably because we weren't use to the gas geyser system.
