From the moment I stepped into Welcome Rooms 47A, I knew I had chosen the perfect place. Tucked away just a stone’s throw from Swindon train station, this apartment combines unbeatable convenience with modern, stylish comfort. Whether you're travelling for work or pleasure, it offers everything you could need for a relaxing, stress-free stay.
The location is superb. Being so close to the station meant zero hassle with transport, and the central spot made it easy to walk to shops, restaurants, and local attractions. Yet, once inside, the apartment was surprisingly quiet — offering a peaceful escape from the buzz of town.
The moment I opened the door, I was struck by how immaculately clean and beautifully presented the apartment was. Bright, welcoming, and tastefully decorated, it had the feel of a boutique hotel with the comfort of a real home. It was clear that great care had gone into every detail, from the soft lighting to the layout of the rooms.
The two double bedrooms were spacious, with incredibly comfortable beds and crisp, fresh bedding. I slept soundly each night and woke up feeling completely refreshed. The living space was just as inviting, with a comfy seating area, flat-screen TV, and reliable WiFi — perfect for both downtime and catching up on work.
The kitchen was a standout feature: fully equipped with clean appliances, cookware, dishes, and even a washing machine — a rare and much-appreciated bonus. Whether you're cooking dinner or just making tea, it felt like everything had been thought of.
The bathroom was sleek and spotless, with great water pressure in the shower and all essentials provided. Towels were fluffy, the lighting was excellent, and everything felt newly refurbished.
One of the biggest highlights was the host's exceptional hospitality. They were warm, respectful, and incredibly helpful throughout my stay

Had to pay extra to get 2nd bedroom unlocked. I assumed we had booked a 2 bedroom apartment but one room was locked on arrival.
It was a very clean apartment but layout didn't suit us. The TV was in a bedroom which didn't work for 2 lads on a work trip but would be ok for a couple.
The location was quite noisy with traffic which kept us awake but that can't be changed.
Overall it's a good apartment, it needs a little adjustment on the layout to make it more comfortable for guests. I think it would be more suitable as a 1 bedroom apartment with the bedroom next to kitchen turned into a sitting room and putting a bed settee in there so it can still offer the option of an extra bed.
This is all constructive points and not a complaint. The host has put a lot of effort into this apartment
