Dirty place. Had to leave two days early. Not good.

Near Old Town

Sticky kitchen appliances and countertop. Very dirty under sink. The outside deck needed cleaning and the outside chairs were ripped and unusable. Shower was scalding hot with no way to cool it.

I have stayed in better self catering places

There was not enough cleaning product like antibacterial multi purpose given the fact we are still in pandemic etc. I would not call the double bed double as it does not fit 2people , that bed is about 130x200!!! The mattress is so uncomfortable that we woke up with backaches every morning , furthermore , the bed is supported with bricks underneath which I sincerely find shocking !! That’s not meeting health and safety requirement , i have pictures if requested . The floor boards in the big bedroom make a such a noise that when one goes to toilets all members of family are woken up . The inconvenience of not having a dishwasher is so negative !! The dryer in laundry room needs relooking at as I spend few pounds but clothes were still damp a chair would be nice to sit on instead of standing up for an hour or so . We could not find any cereal bowl in the kitchen cupboard, we had to use main course dishes for our cereals . The TV instructions are also misleading about using Netflix ,it does not specify what’s what ?? I sincerely would like to advise the owners to revisit the description of the flat and see it from customer point of view other ways I would not recommend it to any of my friends , families as it does not justify the price .
