Chalet Gritli I See I wandern I Luzern I Ski

Sehr schöne Aussicht auf den Vierwaldstätter See, gute Lage. Küche gut ausgestattet, mit Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln! Ruhige Lage, schönes Wohnzimmer. Sehr nette Kommunikation mit Gastgeberin, aber kein persönlicher Kontakt.

Leider keine Klimaanlage, im Haus wird es im Sommer sehr warm. Ventilatoren sind vorhanden. Das 2- Bett Zimmer ist sehr klein, auch das Bad ist winzig. Der Garten wird nicht gepflegt, da könnte man mehr daraus machen. Preis/ Leistung auch hier wie überall in der Schweiz teurer als im restlichen Europa.

Gute Lage nah am See und der Gondelbahn zur Klewenalp. Ein schönes Skigebiet. Einfaches einchecken und schnellen Kontakt zum Vermieter per Whatsapp. Sehr bequeme Matratzen gut ausgestattete Küche und sehr sauber.

Es fehlen Infos im Haus z.B. Wlan Passwort und wohin mit dem Abfall, sowie fehlender Molton auf dem Doppelbett.

La comodidad de la casa, la tranquilidad. Era lo que estabamos buscando, una casita cerca del lago con buenas vistas y buen ambiente para pasar unas navidades tranquilas en familia. Tanto el salon como el porche son espacios muy acogedores.

La ubicacion donde encontrar las llaves, ya que no estan en la casa sino en un garaje/trastero. Y por añadir algo mas, problemas con el wifi que se solucionaron rapidamente.

The chalet was cute and spacious for our family of 4 with 2 young adult kids. Owner provided detailed instructions for check in.

Despite numerous attempts to contact the owner to get the WiFi password, the owner did not respond until the next day in the afternoon. No apology for delayed response. Created some problems for us since we did not have WiFi access the first evening. No explanation about things around the chalet like why was there an electric double burner on top of the stove? Also asked for check out instructions but none given. Furthermore, about a week before our stay, owner asked for pre-check in form that required “documents.” Asked what she wanted and she never responded.
