Discover our charming 2-room holiday flat, 40m2. In winter 25/26, children up to the age of 9 travel free on all lifts. In summer, two transferable mountain railway tickets for unlimited rides are included during your stay (children up to 15 years with accompanying person are free in summer). The flat is ideally located for nature lovers directly in the hiking and skiing area on the Stockhütte, 1,300 metres above sea level. Perfect for a family with up to three children or three adults, this oasis of peace offers everything for an unforgettable stay, just 200 metres, 5 minutes' walk from the mountain station.

Flat:
A cosily furnished flat awaits you with a large bedroom, equipped with a double bed and three additional sleeping places next to each other in a half-high bed and a new, modern bathroom with WC/shower. The living and dining area has a cosy corner seat and a small, functional kitchen. There is also a sunny, covered outdoor seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a charcoal barbecue. The panoramic view of the mountains is breathtaking, and the ringing of cowbells in summer emphasises the idyllic tranquillity of this almost car-free area.

Summer:
The area offers something for everyone. In summer, family-friendly hiking trails with several barbecue areas, large playgrounds with trampolines and a treetop path at the mountain station and Lake Lucerne all entice visitors to enjoy outdoor activities

Winter:
The family-friendly Klewenalp/Stockhütte ski area offers 40 km of perfectly groomed pistes, 16 lifts including two magic carpets (conveyor belts) for skiing and tobogganing fun. Two ski passes during the rental period for adults CHF 190/week on request subject to availability. NEW: In winter 25/26 children up to the age of 9 ski for free on all lifts.

Travel information:
Arrival by cable car (summer: from 9 am; ski operation 8.30 am to 5.30 pm). The area is almost car-free. In summer, two transferable mountain railway tickets for unlimited journeys are included during your stay, children up to 15 years with an accompanying person travel free of charge in summer. Parking is available in the underground car park or at the Emmetten valley station for a fee. Luggage can be unloaded at the ramp at the cable car valley station. For summer users, there is a car arrival and departure permit (subject to a charge; as of 2025); this can be applied for 3-4 working days in advance and is only valid in summer. Access is via a narrow tarred forest road. The permit is only valid on the day of arrival and departure. Options: You can drive to the house, unload your luggage and leave your car at the house free of charge for the rest of your stay; or you can park at the valley station for a fee, drive back to the house at the end of your stay, load your luggage and continue your journey. In winter, the snowmobile will bring your luggage to the house on request and for a fee. In addition to the Beckenried Emmetten mountain railway, there is also the Waldibahn, 24/7 self-service, payment by Twint, credit card or token.

General information: Pets by arrangement; do your own cleaning (everything available); the Volg in Emmetten near Talstion (Mon-Sat 6:30 to 19:00, Sun 8:00 to 18:00) offers a good range of groceries. Emmetten approx. 25 km from Lucerne; lies on the Beckenried-Seelisberg cantonal road, elevated above the southern shore of Lake Lucerne. Approx. 5 minutes by car from the Emmetten motorway exit (A2).
