Overview: Charming 2-room holiday apartment, 40m2, directly in the hiking and skiing area on the Stockhütte, 1"300 meters above sea level. Arrival is by gondola lift, the area is almost car-free (see arrival). The apartment is only 200 meters on foot from the mountain station. Perfect for a family with up to three children or three adults. The cleaning of the apartment is to be carried out by the tenant himself (cleaning products and appliances are available), pets only by arrangement. The Volg in Emmetten near Talstion offers a shopping opportunity with a good assortment (Mon–Sat 6:30 to 19:00, Sun 8:00 to 18:00). ************************************************************* Mountain railway tickets summer and winter: The Bergbahnen Beckenried Emmetten AG will join the Magic Pass network from spring 2026. In the summer of 2026, two transferable mountain railway tickets for unlimited trips are included during the stay. Children up to the age of 9.99 travel for free all year round! Children up to the age of 15.99 travel free of charge in summer with a valid SBB junior ticket. ************************************************************* Apartment: You will find a comfortably furnished apartment with a large bedroom, equipped with a double bed and three additional sleeping places next to each other in a semi-loft bed and a new, modern bathroom with toilet / shower. In the living and dining area it has a cozy corner bench and a small functional kitchen. This includes a sunny, covered outdoor seating area with a table, 4 chairs and a charcoal grill. The panoramic view of the mountains is breathtaking and the ringing of the cowbells in summer underlines the idyllic tranquility of this almost car-free area. ************************************************************** Summer: The surrounding area offers something for everyone. In summer, family-friendly hiking trails with several barbecue areas, large playgrounds with a trampoline and a treetop walk at the mountain station and Lake Lucerne attract outdoor activities. ************************************************************** Winter: The family-friendly ski area Klewenalp/Stockhütte invites you to ski and tobogganing fun with 40 km of top-groomed slopes, 16 facilities including two conveyor belts. Upon request and for an additional charge, a snowmobile service is available to transport luggage to the house. In addition to the Beckenried–Emmetten mountain railway, there is also the Waldibahn, which operates 24/7 on a self-service basis with online payment available via Twint or credit card. ************************************************************** Arrival information: Summer: Two transferable mountain railway passes for unlimited rides are included during your stay. Children up to 9.99 years travel free of charge all year round. Children up to 15.99 years travel free in summer with a valid SBB Junior Card. Parking is available either in the underground garage or at the Emmetten valley station, both subject to a charge. Luggage can be unloaded at the loading ramp next to the gondola lift valley station. For summer guests, a vehicle access permit is available for a fee (CHF 40, as of 2025). The permit must be applied for 3–4 working days in advance and is valid only during the summer season. Access to the property is via a narrow paved forest road. The permit is valid only on the day of arrival and departure. Guests have the following options: Drive to the house, unload their luggage and leave the car parked at the house free of charge for the remainder of their stay. Park at the valley station (subject to a fee), then at the end of the stay drive back to the house to collect luggage before continuing their journey. Winter: Upon request and for an additional charge, a snowmobile service is available to transport luggage to the house.
