Casa dí non recentissima costruzione ma ben riammodernata
Accensione dei termosifoni al mattino molto tardi ma si può supplire con condizionatore con pompa di calore. Acqua sanitaria anche questa lenta a riscaldarsi… si deve pazientare un attimo.
