We booked Superattico Villanova for our honeymoon in Cagliari in order to treat ourselves to the incredible views of the city and sea from its two large private terraces. We were incredibly impressed by the comfort and luxury of the accommodations, including four new air conditioning units that provided strong (American-level) cooling during this unprecedented heat wave. Everything was very clean, the kitchen was well-stocked, and the beds were comfortable. The property's keyholder, Edoardo, was kind, very professional, helpful, and easy to communicate with. He offered many great recommendations for things to do and places to eat. This was a truly wonderful and memorable stay.

Il superattico è davvero bellissimo: ampio, curato e con una vista stupenda. Gli spazi esterni sono spettacolari e rendono il soggiorno molto piacevole. Ho apprezzato molto anche la disponibilità e la prontezza di Edoardo: quando ho segnalato l’assenza di oscuranti nella camera principale, nel giro di poche ore è stato mandato un operaio a montarli. Questo gesto di attenzione verso l’ospite l’ho trovato davvero encomiabile.
All’arrivo ho notato che nelle camere da letto mancavano gli scuri/oscuranti: ritengo che il buio sia una condizione importante per dormire bene, quindi sono rimasto sorpreso che non fosse stato già previsto. Un altro dispiacere è stata la vasca idromassaggio, che purtroppo non ha funzionato per tutta la durata del soggiorno a causa di un guasto non risolvibile in agosto: per me era uno dei motivi della scelta dell’alloggio. Segnalo anche piccoli aspetti di manutenzione migliorabili (alcune lampadine bruciate, assenza di tendalini sul terrazzo per creare zone d’ombra).
Nonostante queste note, il giudizio complessivo è molto positivo: la struttura è splendida e con qualche accorgimento in più può davvero essere perfetta.

We liked the athmosphere in the apartment. The view was amazing. Terace was so big and overlook the city and the sea and also Castelo. Apartment is very unique, the design and furniture.
Our host Edoardo was very friendly and nice, he gave us so many tips to make our stay even more amazing. Cagliari and this apartemnt are hidden gems. We recomend it to everyone.
