P012 Apartment

We really enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the apartment. The location is great – the beach is only about a 10-minute walk away, there is a grocery store just around the corner, and several lovely restaurants nearby. The apartment is very well equipped and has everything you might need for a comfortable stay. We were travelling as a family with small children and found it especially convenient and family-friendly. Overall, it was a lovely place to stay and we felt very comfortable there.

I originally booked the accommodation as a fully refundable way. When I requested a change of dates, not only was the price increased, but the booking was also changed to non-refundable/non-cancellable. Most importantly, these changes were applied without giving me the opportunity to first review and accept the new price and conditions. Had I been shown the new price and the fact that the booking would become non-cancellable before confirming the date change, I could have decided whether I wanted to proceed. Instead, the changes were made directly, leaving me with a more expensive booking and no possibility to cancel.

Easy and friendly communication with the host. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Area felt safe. Cafe and grocery store very close. Easy to walk to beach or take bus to beach or into town. Air con worked well. Lift was very handy!

Noise from the very busy main road. That was the only down side but not that big of a problem as we were not at the apartment much. Not a lot of places around in waking distance to eat but the two we found were great!

Appartement bien situé, clair et spacieux. Chambres et salles de bains assez grandes. Balcon du salon OK. Grand salon et grande table pour manger. Petit bureau à l'entrée appréciable. Proximité du supermarché et de quelques restaurants. Proximité des arrêts de bus pour aller en centre ville.

La porte de grande chambre qui frotte fortement contre le sol et donc qui grince, ce qui réveille tout le monde la nuit. Le chauffage un peu juste les 1ers jours.
