Welcome to our elegant apartment in the Generuxi neighborhood of Cagliari. Just a short walk from the metro station, adjacent to the prestigious Molentargius Nature Park—home to the pink flamingo—and 2 km from the renowned Poetto Beach. The apartment consists of two areas: 1) Apartment with 2 double bedrooms: on the first floor, a fully equipped living room, dining area with table, refrigerator, induction cooktop, microwave, and oven, along with dishes and kitchen utensils, a pod coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, and coffee maker. The sitting area adjacent to the living room features air conditioning and a flat-screen TV. The living room opens onto a shared veranda equipped with seating and a romantic green space for relaxing. The first double bedroom, called “Fenicotteri,” is air-conditioned, spacious, and equipped with all amenities, including a large double bed, a set of 4 pillows, a down comforter, a wardrobe with drawers, and a luggage rack. The second double bedroom, called “Acquario,” is air-conditioned and elegantly furnished with a double bed, a set of 4 pillows, a down comforter, a wardrobe, and a luggage rack. The bathroom is fully equipped and inviting, featuring a spacious 160x70 cm walk-in shower, a bidet, a toilet, a sink with storage cabinet, a hair dryer, and shampoo and shower gel, and is equipped with all necessary amenities. 2) Suite with one double bedroom: located in the basement with a separate entrance, equipped with all amenities, spacious and elegant, consisting of a double bedroom with a private bathroom and a fully equipped living area with a dining area and table. An elegantly appointed breakfast area, equipped with running water, a refrigerator, a microwave, dishes, and kitchen utensils, a pod-style coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, and a coffee maker. A sitting area adjacent to the living room, air-conditioned, with a well-stocked bookshelf, a flat-screen TV, and a piano. From the suite, an internal staircase leads to the living area and the shared veranda, which features a seating area overlooking the green space—perfect for relaxing.
