La posizione è centrale e comodissima per raggiungere qualsiasi posto. Gli spazi sono ben suddivisi, in modo da poter stare assieme, ma anche avere la propria privacy (tra la struttura superiore e quella inferiore).

Foto un po' ingannevoli (sembra un ultimo piano in realta' e' un piano terra con una stanza nel seminterrato)

La struttura era centrale, ma troppo costosa per il servizio: eravamo in due e ci hanno fatto pagare per 4 avendo usato le due stanze
Il prezzo esagerato rispetto al grado di manutenzione è la scarsa illuminazione esterna
