Posizione fantastica, peccato per assenza del parcheggio visto l'area molto battuta durante il giorno. Appartamento comodo, fresco e spazioso tutto accessioriato
Alcuni dettagli di pulizia. In generale, appartamento pulito, salvo in alcuni cassetti con capelli e sabbia. Da migliorare questo aspetto. Prezzo leggermente alto

The location of the house is perfect, very close to the beach. the apartment is big and very clean, it was seen that after each visitor each and every piece is cleaned. we had enough towles, the linen was fresh.
the apartment is equiped with everything needed - washing machine, dishwasher, 2 air conditioners, fridge and freezer, induction cooker, iron, clothes dryer, various things to clean the apartment if you need. there is also a hairdryer but I didn't use it as it needs to be changed already.
the host left enough dishwasher tablets, detergents, soap, toilet paper, garbage bags, tea bags, salt, sugar, olive oil, even a bottle of water which is very nice. Wi Fi is good. there is enough space for your clothes. there are detailed instructions on waste sorting.
there is Spar shop at about 5-min distance.
I saw comments about noisy toilet flush. yes, it is noisy but it didn't disturb us. the only disturbing thing was people next to the windows (ground floor), so you feel uncomfortable if you need to change clothes , etc.
the hosts are very nice people, easy communication. easy to check in and check out.
all in all our staying was great, we had enough space, we were close to the beach.
I gave 8 as a mark because most of the utensils need to be changed ASAP! you can see in the attached photos that there is mold on wooden utensils, pans and frying pans are so damaged that it is dangerous to use them. so, in fact you can use max 1 pan and 1 frying pan, all the rest is out of use. one pan wasn't adapted for the induction cooker.
TV had only RAI channels.
be careful with wiring. in this apartment you can't use a cooker and a washing machine simultaneously, any attempt to use smth simultaneously ended up the same way- fuses blew all the time.
