You will have exclusive use of the apartment and its magnificent terrace. Upon your arrival we will welcome you and illustrate the best opportunities to fully enjoy your stay.
Elafi Penthouse is in the heart of the city, and from its panoramic terrace you can admire the ancient castle district, the Park of Monte Urpinu, the Basilica of Bonaria and the port of Cagliari.
It has belonged to our family for forty years and in 2016 we underwent a radical renovation that enhanced its unique position, imagining the relaxing days that have now become reality for our guests.
The distinctive element of Elafi Penthouse is the interaction between inside and outside; from all rooms there is access to the large terrace surrounding the apartment; this is finely furnished, with relaxation areas and convivial spaces.
The extremely refined furnishings are a harmony between modern and antique; it is already done at the entrance with an ancient Sardinian tapestry and a mural by the well-known street artist "Manu Invisible". These two pieces, so different from each other, are united by the image of the deer, a symbol of light grace and regeneration.
The living area consists of a large conversation area with library and TV, the dining room is equipped with a modern kitchen.
The rooms are characterized by a warm and welcoming decor, with refined furniture and illuminated by Murano crystal chandeliers.
The bathrooms, covered in Sardinian marble, are equipped with modern accessories and spacious showers
All the paintings on display are by famous Sardinian artists.
The shopping streets are less than a minute away, as are all kinds of services: restaurants, bars, supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, post offices.
Getting around has never been easier: the Metro station, bus stops and taxi service are a stone's throw from the apartment.
The neighborhood is in the center of the city, and its proximity to the Court and the Police Headquarters guarantees its safety at any time of the day. Schools, churches and squares make it a lively neighborhood and the nightlife clubs are easily reachable on foot and in a few minutes.
The nearby Monte Urpinu park is one of the green lungs of Cagliari, equipped with equipment for outdoor physical activity.

It’s a Very nice appartement. Clean, comfortable with a good situation. Ther is an amazing flat roof and view of Cagliari.
