This was a beautiful quiet apartment in an elegant building in the center of the city. My daughters and I joined my husband on his visit to Cagliari. He attended a conference at the Teatro Doglio while we swam at beaches, shopped and enjoyed the historic old town nearby. Location is superb. As a family of four, we could have easily stayed here a month. The air conditioning worked well. The kitchen has everything needed to cook. Even the butcher around the corner has excellent prepared foods, and the bakery next door to the butcher is wonderful too. Alberto our host was very helpful, attentive and full of good suggestions. There is an elevator in the building and a washing machine useful for an extended stay.
