Great location, good view of the harbour and city roof tops. Renato was a wonderful host, highlighting places to visit, eat, how to use public transport etc.

We had a wonderful stay in this apartment. The location is extremely central, with supermarkets, restaurants, and the main sights all within walking distance. The highlight is definitely the beautiful balcony, which offers a truly spectacular view over the city. The host was very friendly, helpful, and made us feel welcome from the first moment. Highly recommended!

One thing to keep in mind: the apartment is located on the top floor, and reaching it requires climbing several flights of stairs. This may be challenging for some guests, but for us, the fantastic view was absolutely worth it.

Sehr zentrale Lage, das Apartment im 4. Stock hat einen wunderschönen Balkon mit herrlichem Ausblick. Der Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich und hatte sehr viele Infos parat.

Kein Aufzug vorhanden. Die steilen Stufen in den 4. Stock verlangen eine gewisse Fitness, besonders, wenn man mehrere Male pro Tag auf - und abgehen möchte :) Das Bett war mir persönlich viel zu weich.

La struttura è indubbiamente ben localizzata, nel centro di Cagliari, la vista stupenda ma ora eccetto ció non ci sono motivi che ne giustifichino l’esorbitante prezzo.

Scale in legno vertiginose per raggiungere gli appartamenti, occorre chinarsi spesso inoltre per salirle e scenderle in sicurezza. All’interno della nostra stanza, quella più in alto di tutte ho trovato diversi capelli o peli su comodini e cuscini, il matesso del matrimoniale sprofonda e andrebbe cambiato. La doccia è stata montata al contrario, bisogna tirare per arrestare il flusso e spingere per erogarlo, acqua calda e fredda sono invertite. Il padrone di casa è stato scorretto nel non farci sapere che il trasferimento in aeroporto si pagasse, mi ha chiamato subito dopo la prenotazione, qualche secondo dopo, quella che sembrava premura peró si è probabilmente rivelata una scusa per far sì che non ci informassimo su altre modalità di raggiungimento del posto, a servizio ormai offerto di fatti ci ha richiesto €20. Se tornassimo a Cagliari sceglieremmo sicuramente altre soluzioni, il rapporto qualità prezzo è ingiustificabile se si considerano i prezzi molto più bassi delle altre strutture a pochi metri che condividono con questa il vantaggio della posizione.
